Starting at the stunning Epta Piges – seven springs, which is so called because the water comes from seven different natural springs. You can choose to walk through the 1 km tunnel or walk on the road above to reach the shimmering lake where the streams converge. Here you can see ducks, geese and peacocks.
Valley of the Butterflies, is one of the most picturesque areas on the island and is where we will head to next. Famous for the thousands of butterflies that congregate there in the summer months, you have time to enjoy the shady coolness of this beautiful natural habitat.
From here we head North to Kamiros. Dating back from the late Bronze Age until 407 BC, this ancient city contains the remains of an advanced civilisations that have been dated to be nearly 3,000 years old.
The next stop is Kalithea Springs where you can enjoy the unique combination of nature, architecture and history before heading toAnthony Quinn Bay, so called as it was one of the actors favourite spots when he was in Rhodes filming The Guns of Navarone. Our last stop isStegna where you can enjoy a drink or lunch in one of the beach front restaurants or fish tavernas.
