Terms and conditions for Pay Now
1.1. By ticking the accept button within the booking process you are entering into, and are bound by the terms and conditions of, only this Agreement with RST. By entering
into this Agreement, you are agreeing to purchase a face value voucher (“voucher”) from RST (Rhodes Sonic Transfers) for the amount of the rate quoted by RST. RST will issue the voucher and send it to you by email and will book the Transfers Services. You may exchange the voucher for the Transfers Services with the Local Supplier where you pick up your Vip Transfer on presentation of the voucher.
1.2. You must pay the quoted charges relating to the voucher which on redemption entitles you to the transfers services in full at the time you make your booking on the
website. The charges will be deducted from your credit, charge or debit card at the time of booking. The voucher will not be issued until payment has been made in full. By
entering into this Agreement you expressly authorise RST to debit your credit, charge or debit card the amount as shown on your voucher and the additional charges (if any) referred to in this Agreement.
1.3. The voucher you have purchased may be exchanged for the transfer, inclusive of VAT, of the selected vehicle for the dates you have booked, along with the items
specified as being included in the price when you make your booking at the rates quoted to you by us. You can view these items by following the “Your quote includes” link from the “Quote” page.
1.5 If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the day your rental was due to begin, no cancellation fee will be applied and you will get a full refund.
1.6 If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the day of your rental, you’ll receive a full refund minus the lower of
fixed fee depending on the country you booked in (€65).

2.7 If you do not cancel your booking, there is no refund and the full amount of the voucher will be kept as compensation.
Please notice:
The RST website offers the option of online card prepayment or payment at the rental station. This card should be under the name of the main driver, who must present it
while picking up the car. RST accepts credit / debit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
For renting a car outside of Greece, a credit card is required.
CONTACT US: Υοu must contact customer services in writing to request a refund. Ιt can take up to 14 days for your card company to process a refund. We are not responsible for how long it takes your card company to process a refund.
2. Changing Bookings
2.1 You can change your booking up to 48 hours prior to book your transfer via this site or at any time up until the time of the transfer by calling the Rhodes Sonic Transfers on +30 6942636964. Subject to the conditions set out below, you can use your voucher as payment for these alternative services.
